Reservation must be paid on the first day of arrival of the guest, if not, the nost nah a right to keep guest“s personal dokument ( personal ID, passport…) until reservation is paid in full

TERMS OF PAYMENT
Advance payment for reservations at the room / apartment reservation is made on a giro account or on the spot of arrival upon arrival (before the first night). In case of cancellation the reservation will be charged the total amount of the reservation and there is no refund of money.

Cijena uključuje: najam kuće za odmor uključuje cjelodnevni boravak od prijave do odlaska, boravišnu pristojbu, korištenje plahta, pokrivača, ručnika, grijanje (isključivo prema uputi vlasnika objekta), otvoreni parkirni prostor, besplatan wi fi, završno čišćenje.

Prilikom rezervacije smještaja i uplata rezervacija, računa se srednji tečaj Hrvatske narodne banke, po tečajnoj listi na dan rezervacije.

Iznajmljivač ne podliježe plaćanju PDV-a prema odredbama čl. 90. st.2. Zakona o PDV-u.
